YES Academy Hip Hop Penang Application

All Applicants: Please fill in application form and attach a scan of your photo and of your national Identification Card.

Please send a low-resolution version of your ID card. Our system cannot accept attachments over 2MB in size.

You will receive a confirmation upon submitting your application. If you do not see it in your email, please check your spam folder.

Housing

I live outside commuting distance to Penang and will need housing I do not need housingfrom June 7-10 and 15-17 (for high school students only)from June 7-17 (university and young adult students)

Scholarship

Scholarships are for disadvantaged students from outside greater Penang.
